Our theremin kit is capable of sounds ranging from high end shrieks down to thick growls at the low end. It is played by the motion of your hands around the antennas so it is the only music played without actually touching the instrument. The vertical telescopic antenna is for pitch and the horizontal disk is for volume.
Music output is via rca socket so you can connect the theremin to an amplifier, home stereo or PC sound card. There is also a surprisingly loud built in speaker for practice sessions.
This kit is easy to assemble. It includes all the electronic parts and circuit board with detailed instructions for soldering the components. The instructions have full details including photos and drawings of the assembly process, full theremin schematics and all the details you will need to build your theremin. You do not need to be an electronics expert to complete the kit, many of our buyers are first time builders.
